Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what AIR.POG collects, why, and how we handle it. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

• Location: your device location (with your permission) to show nearby businesses and deals. We process it to power the map and do not sell it.
• Account info: for drivers using Google sign-in, your email and basic profile from Google. For businesses, your email and business details you provide.
• Content you create: claimed-business info, deals, POGs, photos, and links.
• Usage data: aggregate analytics such as impressions, routes started, and deal/POG views.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

To operate and improve the Service, show relevant nearby results, power business analytics, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account.

We share data only with service providers that help us run AIR.POG (e.g., Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, our hosting/storage providers), or when required by law. Business listings, deals, and public POGs you post are shown publicly within the Service by design. We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies and browser local storage for sessions, preferences (e.g., travel mode, onboarding), and to keep you signed in. You can clear these in your browser, but some features may stop working.

You can disable location permission at any time in your device/browser settings, delete POGs and listings you created, and request account deletion by contacting us. Private POGs are not shown on the public map.

We retain data as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

AIR.POG is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
